The ideal candidate has experience leading teams in construction, specialty trades, home services, or a related industry and is passionate about building systems, improving processes, and creating accountability. About Our Client Tri State Tiling is a leading tile installation company serving Fairfield County and surrounding markets. The company specializes in high-end residential and commercial tile projects and has built its reputation on exceptional craftsmanship, outstanding customer service, and strong relationships with builders, contractors, designers, and homeowners. With a team of more than 20 skilled professionals and a strong presence in the market, Tri State Tiling is seeking a leader who can help drive continued growth while maintaining the quality and service standards that set the company apart. Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations, project execution, and team performance. Lead and develop field and office staff. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to company standards. Monitor profitability, labor efficiency, and operational performance. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, builders, and designers. Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and accountability. Support business growth and expansion initiatives. Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Qualifications 5+ years of leadership experience in construction, trades, home services, or a related field. Experience managing multiple projects and employees. Strong operational, financial, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to improve performance and drive growth. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
