About Supr Food Vending Supr Food Vending is reimagining vending with fresh food, healthy snacks, beverages, and technology-driven unattended retail solutions. We are building a modern vending platform focused on delivering high-quality food and beverage options in workplaces, residential buildings, healthcare facilities, fitness centers, schools, and other high-traffic locations. We have machines ready for deployment and are looking for an entrepreneurial leader to help build this division from the ground up. Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Director of Business Development & Operations to lead the growth of Supr Food Vending. This role combines sales, operations, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a startup environment and is excited about the opportunity to help scale a business from its early stages. This is not a desk job. The successful candidate will spend time in the field building relationships, securing new locations, overseeing installations, and ensuring operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and secure new vending and micro-market locations Build relationships with property managers, employers, healthcare facilities, schools, fitness centers, and commercial real estate owners Negotiate and execute placement agreements Manage machine deployment and installation schedules Oversee inventory, replenishment, merchandising, and machine performance Analyze sales, product mix, and profitability by location Develop operational systems and standard operating procedures Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies and expansion plans Build and manage future field and operations teams as the division grows Qualifications 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, operations, vending, micro-markets, foodservice, retail, or related industries Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently Highly organized and results-driven Comfortable spending significant time in the field Experience with route-based businesses, foodservice, convenience retail, vending, micro-markets, commercial real estate, or facilities management is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What Success Looks Like During the first 12 months, this person will: Deploy our existing fleet of machines into high-quality locations Build a pipeline of future opportunities Establish operational systems for scale Drive consistent revenue growth Help position Supr Food Vending for regional expansion Compensation Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus structure Commission opportunities tied to new location acquisitions Opportunity for significant career growth as the division expands
