We Are Hiring Bartenders Servers Hosts Maître d' Bussers Runners About Quello Quello is a new coastal Italian restaurant in Greenwich, Connecticut, from restaurateur Joe Campanale. Our menu takes inspiration from the Italian coast, with a focus on pristine seafood and crudo, handmade pastas, seasonal ingredients, and thoughtfully prepared meat and fish entrées. The beverage program will complement the food with a strong focus on Italian wine, cocktails, and the spirit of aperitivo. Our goal is to create a restaurant that feels equally at home for a midweek dinner, a drink at the bar, a business lunch, or a special celebration, a neighborhood restaurant with the food, wine, service, and energy of a destination. What We're Looking For While responsibilities will vary by position, every member of our Front of House team should bring: A genuine passion for hospitality and taking care of people A warm, polished, professional, and positive presence The ability to make guests feel comfortable and welcomed from the moment they arrive Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and an ability to anticipate guest needs A sense of urgency without sacrificing warmth or hospitality The ability to remain calm, organized, and gracious during busy service Curiosity and a willingness to learn about food, wine, cocktails, and Italian hospitality Reliability, accountability, and respect for fellow team members A willingness to step outside of a specific role when needed to support the restaurant as a whole Pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional environment A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to the culture we are building Previous fine-dining or high-level hospitality experience is preferred for certain positions, but experience alone does not define a great candidate. We value personality, professionalism, coachability, work ethic, and genuine hospitality just as much.
