Job Description
Supports the execution of business development opportunities for the company and it's partners. Assists with driving cross-functional connectivity, both internally and externally, to help with ensuring successful execution of client initiatives. Supports Sr COMs with the end-to-end operational value chain for clients and prospects. Participates in dot-connecting in client challenges and opportunities through assisting with the development of trusted partnerships both horizontally and vertically, in order to execute the client needs and business development opportunities. Maintains and monitors operational health by analyzing less complex client partnerships across disciplines for issue identification, problem resolution and building synergies. May create workflow efficiencies or help to develop processes for repeatable tasks.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required
- 1+ years' experience in the P&C industry, Account Management, Sales or other transferrable experience is required
- Project Management experience is preferred
- Workflow documentation experience is preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Able to identify opportunities for change and improvement
- Able to utilize resources to compile persuasive documentation to win support
- Competency with communicating detailed information and collaborating to solve problems as a team
- Capable of working with ambiguity/change
- Ability to multitask, document, and be organized while aligning multiple resources
