Competitive compensation based on experience Position Overview Revere Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations across secondary manufacturing, brazing, scrap, and related production areas. This position will provide hands-on leadership while coordinating workflow, staffing, production schedules, setups, quality requirements, and operator performance. The ideal candidate will have strong manufacturing leadership experience, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage changing production priorities while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, assign, and monitor daily work for operators. Coordinate production schedules and priorities with management and Production Control. Adjust staffing and workflow based on production needs. Direct setup personnel on job sequence, machine setups, tooling, and production requirements. Coordinate workflow through secondary operations, brazing, deburring, inspection, and related processes. Ensure employees follow work instructions, quality requirements, safety procedures, and housekeeping standards. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and process documentation. Use standard measuring and inspection equipment to support quality and troubleshooting. Assist with minor machine setups, adjustments, and production issues as needed. Coach, train, and support employee development and cross-training. Complete performance reviews and provide feedback to employees. Monitor production, scrap, rework, downtime, and other operating results. Communicate production priorities and issues across shifts and departments. Support continuous improvement and corrective actions. Address attendance and performance concerns in accordance with company policies. Report workplace injuries promptly to management and Human Resources. Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Knowledge of secondary manufacturing operations and related production processes. Experience with machine setups, deburring, and production workflow. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience using measuring and inspection equipment. Basic computer skills and ability to enter and communicate production information. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize work and respond to changing production demands. Experience with brazing operations is preferred. Experience with precision components or connector manufacturing is a plus. Knowledge of lean manufacturing, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement is preferred. Physical & Work Environment Ability to stand and walk throughout the production environment for extended periods. Regularly bend, reach, and use hands to handle parts, tools, controls, and equipment. Ability to visually inspect parts for defects and contaminants. Ability to move materials and components within company-established weight limits, using assistance or lifting equipment when required. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may include noise, dust, oils, metal particles, machinery, and temperature variations.
