Job Description

Hospitality Assistant The Hospitality Assistant will support the Hospitality Manager in the setup, coordination, and execution of food and beverage services across various locations during the festival.
They will:
A ssist in the setup and breakdown of food and beverage stations at designated festival areas (including but not limited to artists' green rooms, dressing rooms, staff tents etc.) Ensure cleanliness and organization of all hospitality areas throughout the festival . Help maintain adequate inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards. A ssist in liaising with restaurants and local merchants collecting and setting up food service plan C leaning up once food service concludes Participate in post-Festival cleanup of Hospitality goods and the final removal of Hospitality items from venues. Pack up and inventory Hospitality goods for storage at the end of the Festival Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Location:
The Hospitality Assistant will be stationed at various locations throughout the festival grounds as assigned by the Hospitality Manager.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must be organized and be able to lift 25 lbs. safely. Able to set-up/strike quickly, efficiently, and invisibly; and have flair with flowers, food, and fun. General familiarity with the operations of live performance and performing artists is a plus.
