, a Connecticut based Direct Mail Print firm, seeks candidates to participate in a mentorship program that will enable these trainees to "fast track" into management positions within National Graphics, Inc. These openings are available in a number of departments ranging from finance and accounting, administration, inventory control and procurement and logistics, to customer service, operations and manufacturing plant management. Each trainee will be working with managers in various areas of the company while concentrating more specifically in one "home" area with a mentor. The successful candidate will be viewed as a loyal, long term, "right arm" for each key manager as well as expanding and tackling tasks on their own as they grow. Each candidate must be willing to be part of a team, be flexible, be able to take on tasks involving decision making and be willing to accept responsibility for their actions and their decisions. These jobs have direct contact with upper management and tremendous exposure to the overall business.
