We are looking for a powerhouse Director of Operations to orchestrate our manufacturing and logistics ecosystems into a seamless, high-velocity machine. In this role, you won t just manage processes-you ll redefine them. From optimizing factory floor throughput to mastering the complexities of global distribution, you will lead a diverse team to deliver excellence at scale. High SchoolResponsibilities Oversee daily operations of manufacturing and fulfillment center. Implement and refine Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and increase throughput. Manage facility capacity planning to handle high-volume seasonal spikes without compromising turnaround times. Optimize inventory management systems to ensure 100% material availability for custom orders with minimal carrying costs. Oversee logistics and shipping partnerships to ensure cost-effective, sustainable, and damage-free delivery.
