Director of Operations

$100,000 - $110,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5

High SchoolResponsibilities Oversee daily operations of manufacturing and fulfillment center. Implement and refine Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to minimize waste and increase throughput. Manage facility capacity planning to handle high-volume seasonal spikes without compromising turnaround times. Optimize inventory management systems to ensure 100% material availability for custom orders with minimal carrying costs. Oversee logistics and shipping partnerships to ensure cost-effective, sustainable, and damage-free delivery.
