Prepare polished, executive-ready presentations, reports, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Utilize advanced Excel proficiency to organize, analyze, and present operational and business data in a clear and actionable format. Develop and distribute recurring operational reports and business data updates on a consistent cadence to support leadership visibility and decision-making. Develop clear, concise communication drafts for organizational updates, leadership communications, and operational messaging. Coordinate complex calendars, leadership meetings, and operational reviews across multiple teams and locations. Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, town halls, and operational discussions, including agenda development, preparation of materials, and follow-up on action items. Support clinical leadership with project coordination, tracking timelines, deliverables, and strategic initiatives to ensure progress and accountability. Anticipate leadership needs by proactively preparing materials, summaries, and presentations in advance of key meetings and discussions. Coordinate travel arrangements for clinical leadership and travel as requested to support leadership meetings, operational reviews, and clinical operations initiatives. Manage and reconcile leadership expense reports in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with organizational policies. Serve as a key coordination point between clinical leadership, operational teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure alignment and effective communication. Monitor and track action items and operational priorities to ensure timely completion and follow-through Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation to support operational efficiency and leadership decision-making. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency for the clinical leadership team.. What is Required? Bachelor's degree preferred, or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience supporting senior leadership, operations, or complex administrative functions. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience supporting senior leaders, with demonstrated experience coordinating operational initiatives and managing complex administrative functions. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to build executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards. Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manage data sets, create reports, and present operational insights in a clear and organized format. Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex meetings, projects, and operational activities across multiple teams or locations. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Professional presence and ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
