Job Description The Director of Operations will report to the President and be responsible for: Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, purchasing, inventory, and related operational functions. Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, throughput, quality, and profitability. Establish and monitor key performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Partner with engineering, customer service, and other business units to improve workflow and organizational effectiveness. Oversee departmental leadership teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning. Drive initiatives focused on reducing lead times, increasing manufacturing throughput, and improving customer satisfaction. Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost controls to support business objectives. Champion a culture of safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements. Strong background in manufacturing operations, supply chain, purchasing, and inventory management. Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
