This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data and people and is passionate about supporting a mission that opens doors to Catholic education and changes the lives of kids in need. Position Overview The Operations and Development Manager plays a critical role in supporting FACS' fundraising and operational success. This individual will manage donor data, ensure timely and accurate gift processing and acknowledgements, support digital marketing efforts and assist with grants, fundraising campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the donor database ( Bloomerang ) with accuracy and integrity Process gifts and ensure timely, thoughtful donor acknowledgements Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to support fundraising and marketing strategy Utilize Excel, market research and data analytics to track performance and donor trends Support digital marketing efforts (website, social media, email campaigns, content updates, donor communications) Assist with planning and execution of campaigns, grants and fundraising events. Provide administrative, accounting and operational support to operations and development. Support special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Experience with donor databases (Bloomerang preferred) or CRM systems Strong proficiency in Excel, Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities High EQ and passion for FACS mission Accounting and/or successful Grant writing experience a plus What You'll Bring A desire to work with purpose for a life-changing mission A commitment to a positive culture, excellence and accountability A collaborative and solutions-oriented growth mindset You will be a member of a fun, collaborative and high-performing team dedicated to changing the lives of children through scholarships to high quality Catholic schools. 92 Hopmeadow Street, Weatogue, CT Compensation is commensurate with experience This is a part-time role with the potential for full-time. Full-time roles are eligible for medical and other benefits.
