  • 105,000+ All Dry Services of Connecticut is expanding in the Stamford market and is seeking an experienced restoration professional to help establish and grow local field operations.
This is not a traditional office-based Project Manager role. In the early stages, this person will work hands-on in the field while helping coordinate projects, support customers, manage daily operations, and build the local team over time. As the market grows, this role is expected to evolve into a larger leadership position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who already leads jobs, supervises technicians, or operates independently in mitigation and restoration environments and wants more ownership, autonomy, and long-term growth potential. What You'll Be Doing Respond to residential and commercial water damage and mitigation projects Perform and oversee water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and remediation work Coordinate job schedules, technicians, subcontractors, and field activity Support estimating, scoping, and job documentation processes Monitor drying progress, equipment placement, and project completion Communicate directly with customers, adjusters, and property stakeholders Help establish operational processes and field standards for the Stamford market Support hiring and development of future field technicians as the office grows Maintain vehicles, equipment, and operational readiness What Makes This Opportunity Different Ground-floor leadership role in a developing market Direct visibility with ownership and senior leadership Combination of field operations, customer management, and team leadership Ability to help shape the local branch as it grows Opportunity to transition into larger operational or branch leadership responsibilities over time Compensation Structure Hourly compensation based on experience Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime opportunities available Commission opportunities tied to approved work Quarterly and project-based bonus opportunities Typical annual earnings range from $85,000
