What This Role Is All About As a Cultivation Manager, you are responsible for overseeing the full cultivation operation. You lead the team, manage daily workflows, and ensure all aspects of the grow are operating efficiently, compliantly, and at a high standard. Your goal is to drive consistent, high quality production while building a strong team, maintaining compliance, and continuously improving processes. Is This You? You are someone who leads with confidence and accountability You naturally organize people, processes, and priorities You are comfortable making decisions and solving problems quickly You communicate clearly and hold a high standard for yourself and your team You take full ownership of your operation and results If you are reading this thinking yep that is me, keep going What You Will Be Doing Overseeing Cultivation Operations Manage all stages of plant growth from propagation through harvest Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cultivation plans Ensure plant health, yield, and quality standards are consistently met Leading and Developing the Team Oversee cultivation staff including leads and technicians Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members Ensuring Compliance and Operational Standards Maintain full compliance with all state regulations and internal SOPs Oversee documentation, tracking, and reporting requirements Prepare for and support internal and external audit. Managing Inventory and Production Planning Oversee plant tracking, inventory accuracy, and reporting Coordinate harvest schedules and production timelines Work cross functionally with post harvest and retail teams Driving Efficiency and Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve workflows and productivity Implement process improvements and best practices Monitor key metrics and adjust operations as needed

Yearly Salary:
$70,000 Approximately 40 hours per week Benefits Health insurance with 50 percent company contribution $62 Dental insurance with 50 percent company contribution $13 Vision insurance fully covered by the company $4 Paid time off of 56 hours annually is (accrued) approximately, $1884. Paid Sick pay of 40 annually is (accrued) approximately, $1346. Estimated Total Compensation Approximately $74,178 What We Are Looking For Previous cannabis cultivation experience required. Leadership and team management experience required.
