ABOUT THE ROLE
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of driver operations, routing execution, and customer service delivery. This role ensures efficient scheduling, effective communication with stakeholders, and consistent adherence to operational standards across fixed route and charter services.

Additionally, this position serves as a foundational leadership role within the organization, developing future operations leaders.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Operations & Dispatch Coordinate driver scheduling for fixed route and charter services Dispatch daily operations and assist drivers with routes and itineraries Support routing activities to maintain service efficiency Driver Management Monitor driver attendance and performance Conduct driver interviews and support hiring processes Administer disciplinary action as needed Customer & Stakeholder Communication Serve as a point of contact for Board of Education, drivers, and parents Respond promptly to operational and service-related inquiries Administrative & Payroll Prepare and process weekly driver payroll Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation Other Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING
Experience 1+ year of transportation or operations experience preferred Licensing (Preferred) CDL with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements preferred (not required) Skills & Capabilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making ability High level of flexibility, initiative, and accountability Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and routing software Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status and any other protected classes.
