Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Operations Integration & Support Manager. This individual will provide leadership to the KRC operations, inclusive of property, division & corporate marketing platforms, and property transitions across the portfolio. This role is responsible for hands-on execution of operations with acquisitions and dispositions, including on-site integration of systems, processes, and brand standards. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and field-capable, someone who can manage digital platforms and administrative functions while traveling to properties to ensure operational consistency and successful onboarding and offboarding of assets. Key Responsibilities Corporate Operations & Team Oversight Provide direct operational support to the SVP on strategic initiatives
Supervise:
Admin Assistant & System Support Associate Float Team Oversee Float Team scheduling, staffing coordination, and calendar management Support internal initiatives and maintain messaging platforms (e.g., TV/message board "The Simons") Coordinate cross-property operational reporting and communication Support property specific integration tools within the Yardi platform (i.e. Rent Café, Yardi letters, CRM) Digital Platforms & Systems Administration Serve as administrator for corporate platforms, including: LinkedIn (access management, updates, and content coordination) Company website (content updates and ongoing maintenance) GoDaddy (domain and hosting management) Maintain user access, permissions, and platform organization Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all digital channels Marketing & Digital Platforms (Residential Division) Oversee and coordinate the team responsible for: Google Business profiles (accuracy, updates, and review management) Social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram), in collaboration with internal stakeholders Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials using tools such as Canva and Vista Ensure brand consistency across all properties and marketing channels Assist with campaign coordination, content updates, and promotional initiatives Acquisitions & Dispositions Integration (Field-Based) Lead on-site execution of property onboarding and transition processes Travel to property sites to oversee acquisitions and dispositions Implement and validate core systems, including property management, communication, and marketing platforms Audit and ensure company standards, processes, and branding are fully implemented at each site Train and support on-site teams in adopting company systems and workflows Monitor post-integration performance and ensure compliance with operational expectations Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in property management, operations, or multi-site support roles Experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, or property transitions strongly preferred Willingness and ability to travel to property sites (estimated 25-50%) Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to execute independently Experience managing digital platforms (websites, social media, or systems) Excellent communication and training skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with property management systems (e.g., Yardi,) Background in multifamily or residential property management Familiarity with branding and marketing coordination
