About Us We are a growing enterprise software company providing POS, ERP, warehouse management, and retail technology solutions across North America. We're looking for an operational leader to help build scalable teams, improve execution, and drive accountability as we grow. The Role Reporting to the COO, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our U.S. business, including Support, Implementations, Customer Success, and internal operations. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys building teams, improving processes, and driving results. Responsibilities Lead daily business operations. Build and improve operational processes. Establish KPIs and accountability. Hire, coach, and develop employees. Build future department leaders. Improve customer satisfaction and operational performance. Remove operational bottlenecks. Partner with Sales, Product, and Development to deliver successful customer outcomes. Qualifications 5+ years leading operations in SaaS, software, ERP, POS, retail technology, or professional services. Experience building teams and improving processes. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. MBA preferred Why Join Us?
