Job Purpose The Operations Administrator will support daily operational activities, maintain internal processes and documentation, resolve questions and concerns, and aid various operational projects. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting leadership in a structured, fast‑paced environment. The Ops. Admin on the Tolls Team will focus on receiving tolls/violations, submitting payments, and billing back customers. What you will do... Maintain shared Tolls email in Outlook resolving questions and concerns within designated SLAs Manage Concur expense reports for payments to various tolling authorities Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records Keep records for all tolls received, paid, and billed back Track trends for rental vs. owned vehicle tolls and violations Update internal processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed Maintain the addition/removal of fleet as it impacts our third-party vendor Perform data entry, data validation, and routine updates to operational databases Assist with tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and operational dashboards Identify process gaps and present insights/solutions to leadership Assist with other ad hoc operations and ancillary tasks/requests Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations coordination, or a similar role Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Ability to adapt to change and support new processes Demonstrated professionalism and ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy Comfortable working with data, including data entry, basic reporting, and tracking KPIs Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in fast paced, team-oriented environments Interest in using technology and digital tools to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency Team player with initiative and a positive attitude Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English - both verbal and written) Highly organized and strong attention to detail Results-oriented, analytics mind-set, process and problem-solving skills Req #: 69555 Pay Range:
