It's a lifestyle upgrade. Southwest Florida Onyx Asphalt USA LLC is expanding and we're searching nationwide for a driven Operations Manager to help run day-to-day operations for our asphalt & paving business.

Pay Range:

$95,000 - $110,000+ Compensation depends on experience — top pay for candidates with asphalt/paving operations experience. Strong construction operations background but new to asphalt? We'll very much consider you, although at the lower end of the range if you're aggressive, organized, and ready to learn, there is room for quick growth.

What You'll Do:

Run daily operations Set up projects (budgets, cost codes, time sheets, materials, invoicing, collections) Manage estimating pipeline & GC bids Handle subcontractor MSAs & work orders Apply for permits & send notices Work with accounting on WIP & forecasting Build relationships with General Contractors in
