We're hiring an administrator who can take us the rest of the way — to full census and operational excellence. This is a builder's role, not a caretaker role. You'll have full operational authority, a newly hired dedicated Marketing & Sales Director (so you can focus 100% on operations), and ownership that's hands-on, invested, and ready to support the right leader. What you'll own: P&L management, regulatory compliance, team development across all departments, resident and family satisfaction, managed care payor relationships, and the operational backbone that supports census growth.

What you bring:

Florida ALF Administrator license (CORE certified). 3-5+ years running a memory care or ALF community of 50+ beds. Clean survey history. Strong financial skills — you can read a P&L and manage labor, vendors, and AR. Experience in mixed-payor environments (private pay + Medicaid). You build teams that stay.
