An Operations Supervisor manages daily operations and activities for a company or organization. Primarily involved in supervising and coordinating the activities of front-line employees such as monitoring work progress, providing training, and ensuring compliance. Has authority over the work of their team members but typically reports to higher-level management.
Lead and oversee daily Operations Team performance, productivity, service, and cost goals. Manage, coach, and develop staff level, including hiring, performance reviews, and ongoing feedback. Identify and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity. Monitor team compliance with company policies, client requirements, and state and federal regulations. Develop and track productivity reports and key performance metrics for leadership. Handle escalated client and operational issues and drive effective resolutions. Evaluate and recommend technology, software, and resources to improve operational outcomes. Partner with executive leadership on staffing, compliance, operational strategy, and continuous improvement.
