We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, professional Director of Business Operations to join our leadership team at The Blake at LPGA . Why You'll Love Working With Us Competitive pay Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, life insurance & paid time off Supportive, team-oriented workplace A high-impact role where your organization and leadership directly support the success of the community Opportunities to grow within a rapidly expanding organization Primary Responsibilities of the Director of Business Operations Manage all business office and general administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee payroll processing accurately and in a timely manner Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable using established procedures and software systems Support new hire onboarding and orientation processes Assist leadership with financial reporting, budget preparation, and analysis Ensure timely and accurate monthly billing, collections, and timekeeping functions Utilize electronic platforms for accounts payable review and approval Provide administrative support to multiple departments and collaborate with teams across locations as needed Represent the business office with professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional customer service Requirements Education & Experience A caring heart and genuine desire to serve others Excellent oral and written communication skills Minimum of 2 years of experience in staff accounting or heavy bookkeeping Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with accounting software required Experience with Yardi is highly preferred College degree in business, healthcare, hospitality, or related field preferred OR a minimum of 5 years as a full-charge bookkeeper Experience in monthly billing, collections, payroll processing, and accounts payable required Background in financial management, budgeting, and financial report analysis Experience with onboarding and training preferred Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed Ability to support multiple teams at more than one location Safe driving record and a valid driver's license Experience working with senior adults preferred QSL Management is an Equal Opportunity Employer / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities.
