Our vision is to create a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience that blends elevated dining, high-energy ambiance, and immersive design into a vibrant social atmosphere. Ethereal is designed to transition throughout the evening — beginning with refined dining service and evolving into a lively, cocktail-driven environment with music, energy, and unforgettable guest experiences. We are currently in the process of building our opening team and are seeking passionate hospitality professionals who want to grow with a strong and creative brand from the ground up. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Operational Manager who is a true workhorse leader with strong multitasking abilities, operational awareness, and a hands-on mentality. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality environments, understands restaurant systems and structure, and can help lead a team while maintaining high standards throughout the operation. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech savvy, and understands how to balance hospitality with operational efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations Maintain and monitor front and back of house organization Track and manage inventory, ordering, and operational systems Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently upheld Assist with scheduling, reporting, and team accountability Handle customer concerns professionally when ownership is unavailable Support hiring, onboarding, and basic HR-related responsibilities Maintain strong communication between departments Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs and operational structure Monitor labor, productivity, and overall operational performance Help cultivate a positive, polished, and energetic work environment Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience required Experience in upscale dining, nightlife, or high-volume hospitality preferred Must be highly organized and detail-oriented Experience using MarginEdge preferred Familiarity with Toast POS, OpenTable, and Resy reservation systems preferred Tech savvy and comfortable using modern restaurant systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word Ability to create charts, schedules, reports, and organizational systems digitally Must embrace efficient technology and systems rather than outdated pen-and-paper methods Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a new luxury hospitality brand Creative and energetic work environment Leadership role with growth potential Competitive compensation based on experience Opportunity to be part of a unique restaurant and lounge concept from the beginning If you are passionate about hospitality, leadership, organization, and creating memorable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
