Job Description
As a Team Leader in Manufacturing & Production at HOERBIGER, you will lead a shop-floor team producing high-precision components and systems for global compression, drive, and mechatronic applications. You will coordinate daily production activities, ensure adherence to strict safety and quality standards, and drive on-time delivery for international customers. Partnering closely with engineering, maintenance, and quality, you will support continuous improvement, troubleshoot issues, and help introduce new or optimized processes. You will coach and develop operators, promote a culture of reliability and accountability, and contribute to HOERBIGER's engineering-driven, innovation-focused environment.
