Window Cleaning Field Operations Leader Opportunity:

Field Operations Leader Requirements:

Previous management experience required (minimum 3 years preferred). Proven experience supervising staff and managing daily operations. Leadership and team management experience strongly preferred.

Attitude:

Outgoing, positive, and quality-focused.

Commitment:

Long-term employment preferred.

Transportation:

Reliable with a valid driver's license.

Drug Test:

Must pass (we are a drug-free workplace).

Pay & Benefits:

$25-$28/hr with regular performance-based increases.

Schedule:

No nights or major holidays; occasional weekend hours during busy seasons.
