Position Overview The Director of Operations will serve as the operational leader of the organization, overseeing daily business operations while working directly with ownership to improve efficiency, strengthen our team, elevate the client experience, and prepare the company for long-term expansion. This role is ideal for someone who loves building organizations—not simply maintaining them. What You'll Be Responsible For Oversee the day-to-day operations of our home care agency. Lead and develop our office team while creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and compassion. Improve operational systems, workflows, and processes to increase efficiency. Ensure compliance with all state and federal home care regulations. Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and development of caregivers and office staff. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions. Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives and company growth. Help create scalable systems that support future franchise expansion. Work closely with clients, caregivers, referral partners, and families to maintain an exceptional level of service. Assist with budgeting, operational planning, and overall business performance. • 78,000 (based on experience)

Performance Incentives:
