General Superintendent - Masonry, Brick & Stone Fort Lauderdale, FL $140,000 - $160,000 + Benefits A highly respected masonry contractor in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to oversee major commercial masonry projects across South Florida. This is a key field leadership role with responsibility for safety, quality, manpower, schedules, and successful project delivery across multiple active job sites.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day field operations across commercial masonry projects Manage superintendents, foremen, field crews, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project logistics Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and project requirements Work closely with project managers, clients, general contractors, and field teams Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, productivity, and quality control Identify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward Mentor field leadership and support team development across projects

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a General Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or Field Operations Leader Strong background in commercial masonry, brick, block, stone, or related scopes Experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously Track record delivering medium-to-large commercial projects Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower planning, safety, and quality control Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documents Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong relationships with field crews, subcontractors, GCs, and project stakeholders Why This Role?
