Full-Time Job Overview Klen Space is seeking a highly organized and experienced Bilingual Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , has strong leadership skills, and experience in cleaning or facility management. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple sites Supervise, train, and manage cleaning staff Ensure all cleaning standards and company protocols are followed Coordinate schedules, staffing, and supply management Conduct inspections and quality control checks Communicate effectively with clients and team members Handle employee performance, attendance, and conflict resolution Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Prepare reports on operations, performance, and issues Qualifications Ability to travel to different job sites, and from time to time might have weekend work or evening work for special advanced planned projects. Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Proven experience in cleaning operations, janitorial services, or facility management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic reporting systems Reliable internet and computer skills (if remote) Preferred Qualifications Experience managing remote or field teams Knowledge of OSHA or cleaning safety standards Background in commercial or residential cleaning services
