Implement preventive maintenance and manage inventory like a pro to keep our downtime low and our performance high.

Project a professional image and ensure we are conforming to all local and federal regulations. You represent the GFL brand in the Gainesville community!

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

3+ years in the waste industry (Landfill or Transfer experience is a huge plus!).

Leadership:

At least 1 year of supervisory experience. You know how to motivate a team.

Grit:

You're comfortable working outdoors (about 70% of the time) and can handle the Florida heat and the hustle of a loud, busy site.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED.

Certifications:
