• 401(k) match We're a doctor-owned eye care company with two offices — Gainesville, and a second location opening soon in Ocala — and we need someone to run day-to-day operations across both.

The doctor-owner handles the healthcare side and the growth. We're looking for the person who runs the schedule, the team, the numbers, and the problems.

A normal week here:

running the schedule across both offices, selling eyewear (we'll teach you optics), fixing whatever needs fixing with your own hands, working through patient and staffing issues as they come up, and ending each day with a short written update to the doctors. Clear written communication matters here as much as leadership does. What we're looking for:

• Experience leading people, whether that was hiring, scheduling, or supervising a crew
• A knack for troubleshooting and figuring things out on your own
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the day
• Available Monday through Saturday — Saturday is our biggest day No eye care experience needed.
