We specialize in science-backed recovery services including Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), Sports Deep Tissue Massage, Assisted Stretching, Cryotherapy, and advanced wellness modalities. Our focus is to deliver structured, high-quality care that enhances performance, accelerates recovery, and supports long-term wellness. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven Part-Time Operations Manager to oversee and manage operations during our peak days (Thursday-Saturday). This role is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering a premium client experience, coordinating staff, and driving revenue through memberships and service sales. This is a hands-on role — you will be actively managing clients, schedules, and sales throughout the day. Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operations Oversee opening and closing procedures Ensure all services and sessions run on time and efficiently Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional standards Manage treatment room flow and equipment usage Scheduling & Client Coordination Manage bookings through Vagaro Confirm appointments and handle rescheduling/cancellations Enforce company policies professionally Maximize schedule efficiency and minimize downtime Client Experience Greet and assist clients with professionalism and energy Educate clients on services, intro sessions, and memberships Ensure every client receives a premium experience Handle client concerns and maintain high satisfaction Sales & Conversions (High Priority) Convert first-time clients into memberships Promote packages and additional services Upsell enhancements (Normatec, PEMF, etc.) Follow up with leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, and CRM Team Coordination Coordinate with Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) Ensure team follows Corvita protocols and service standards Maintain clear communication with management Administrative Tasks Track daily sales and operational performance Monitor memberships, credits, and client activity Update CRM systems and client records Report issues and opportunities to management Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Must be able to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Must be fully bilingual (English & Spanish) Must be organized, proactive, and able to multitask at a high level If you do not meet these requirements, please do not apply.
