We're looking for one person to own the shop — production, team, inventory, quality, reporting — everything that happens between raw materials and a finished product shipping out the door. If you perform, you will run this company's operations. That's not a maybe. We're building toward scale and we need the person who makes the floor run without the founder needing to be there. This role is for someone who wants to build something, not just work somewhere. What Ownership Looks Like Here You run daily production. You lead the team. You track everything. You solve problems before they become fires. You report weekly — output, efficiency, team performance, issues, fixes, plan for next week. You keep the shop clean, organized, and moving. When something breaks down, you don't wait for direction. You handle it. What You'll Be Responsible For Production execution and daily scheduling Team accountability and performance management Inventory accuracy and material readiness Quality control at every build stage Shop organization and efficiency Weekly structured reporting — non-negotiable Day-to-Day Responsibilities Production Lead daily production meetings, assign tasks, keep builds on schedule, and step in hands-on when needed. When problems arise, you solve them — you don't escalate and wait. Team Leadership Hold the team to high standards on quality and timelines. Approve work before it moves to the next stage. Address issues directly and immediately. This is a high-performance environment and you're the one setting the tone. Inventory Own inventory accuracy. Materials need to be prepped before builds start — no delays from missing stock on your watch. Coordinate restocking with admin as needed. Quality Control Inspect at every stage. Catch mistakes early. Every product leaving this shop should make you proud to put your name on it. Weekly Reporting Deliver a structured weekly report covering output metrics, team performance, efficiency (estimated vs. actual), issues and root causes, inventory status, and the plan for the following week. This is a core part of the role, not an afterthought. Who This Is For You've run a team before. You're comfortable on the floor with your hands dirty and equally comfortable holding people accountable and tracking performance. You don't separate "management" from "doing" — you do both. You're not looking for a 9-5. You're looking for a place where your effort directly translates to what you build and what you earn. You take ownership of outcomes. When things go wrong — and they will — you own the fix, not the excuse. Who This Isn't For Clock-in/clock-out mentality Conflict-avoidant or accountability-resistant Needs constant direction Prefers managing from behind a desk Compensation & Growth Competitive base salary — we pay for the right person, not the average candidate Performance upside tied to shop efficiency, output, and operational improvements Clear path to Operations Manager and beyond as we scale Ground-floor opportunity at a growing brand with real upward mobility
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Benefits:
Paid time off Referral program

In person
