Full-Time Position Summary MTech Mobility is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented HR & Office Coordinator to support Human Resources and oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the Jupiter office. This position serves as the first point of contact for employees, applicants, customers, vendors, and visitors while providing support for recruiting, onboarding, payroll preparation, employee engagement, and office operations. Human Resources- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Prepare employment paperwork and orientation materials.
- Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
- Maintain confidential employee records.
- Support benefits administration and HR compliance.
- Post jobs, schedule interviews, and prepare offer letters.
- Track employee training and certifications.
- Review timecards and assist with payroll preparation. Office Coordination
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls.
- Manage office supplies, mail, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and travel arrangements.
- Maintain common areas and coordinate facility vendors. Employee Engagement
- Coordinate employee appreciation events, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and engagement surveys. Administrative Support
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and perform data entry.
- Support leadership with special projects. Qualifications Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of HR, office administration, or administrative support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality. Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience with HRIS, Paychex, payroll, or applicant tracking systems. Core Competencies
