Key Responsibilities Client Communications & Brand Automation:
Audit and elevate our automated text and email sequences across the customer journey. Apply your sales and marketing acumen to refine messaging tone, increase engagement, and strategically optimize touchpoints to maximize client retention and ensure smooth event-day logistics.
Systems & Automation:
Identify procedural bottlenecks and build out digital automations, reminders, and alerts to improve overall workflow efficiency. Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR) and
Payroll:
Process daily invoices and billing, and actively transition clients and vendors to automated ACH payment methods to streamline cash flow. Ensure accurate, timely payroll execution and assist with maintaining Workers' Compensation reporting and compliance.
Onboarding, Auditing, & Compliance Documentation:
Facilitate the complete onboarding process for new employees, event attendants, and outside vendors. Organize, track, and process necessary tax-exempt paperwork and other vital business documentation (customer contracts, vendor purchase orders, etc).
Fleet & Asset Coordination:
Manage all company vehicle registrations, oversee SunPass and fuel card accounts, and monitor operational camera systems. This is not an HR role. Schedule The base schedule for this role is Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM. Any holidays taking place during the week are normal business days (besides Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day, those are unpaid holidays that the entire team gets off).
Projected Annual Compensation Base Pay:
$62,400.00 $30.00/HR x 40.00HR/week x 52 weeks
PTO:
$2,400.00 2 weeks (80HR) of PTO activates after 6 months of employment
Bounce Bucks:
$1,000.00 $1,000.00 in JupiterBounce "Bounce Bucks" activates after 1 year of employment
Bonus:
$10,000.00
  • Opportunity for bonus up to $10,000.00 for meeting/exceeding goals
