Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Our Client, a leading manufacturing company located in Leesburg Fla is looking for a hands-on leader to manage a growing production team. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and wants ownership over building and improving processes β not just following them. What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of 5-6 direct reports, including daily coaching, decision-making, and conflict resolution. Oversee inventory management and production scheduling Monitor and mitigate production risks to keep the team on track. Ensure data accuracy across daily Excel-based tracking sheets (critical to preventing production errors) Drive process improvements and help build out new systems and workflows Maintain clean, accurate documentation across the production cycle. What We're Looking For 5+ years of leadership/management experience (fabrication or manufacturing background a plus) Moderate to expert-level Excel skills β this is a daily, data-entry-heavy role. Comfortable with Google Sheets, email, and general computer navigation (basic QuickBooks trainable) A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset β someone who's excited to build and improve, not just maintain Strong multitasking and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively with a bilingual team (translation tools used as needed)
