This role is an opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills, who is also a motivated team player. You will be required to make sure the store operations which include optical, doctor office and full service laboratory are running smoothly, while supporting the team and ensuring an exceptional experience for our patients. Must have a minimum of 3 years optical experience. Fully paid training. Above average pay for qualified candidate. Licensed Opticians are encouraged to apply and pay will commensurate with experience. Candidate should be able to read a lensometer, troubleshoot, work well with the Independent Doctor of Optometry onsite, train and develop staff, coach and motivate the team, help reach store goals, hire associates, enforce policies to ensure compliance, and have great customer service and problem solving skills.
