Duties Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and manage senior leadership teams to ensure effective collaboration and performance. Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence and revenue streams. Negotiate contracts, partnerships, and vendor agreements to optimize operational costs and value. Implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and streamline workflows. Manage large-scale projects from inception through completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget. Requirements Proven experience in operations management , with a strong background in management , strategic planning , and business development . Demonstrated success in leading senior leadership teams and managing cross-functional departments. Excellent skills in negotiation , project management , and process improvement methodologies. Strong understanding of organizational workflows, resource allocation, and efficiency optimization. Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire teams and drive change. Experience in developing scalable operational frameworks that support growth initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
