Entry Level Consultant to Hospitality Industry

International Hospitality Consulting firm is hiring Entry Level traveling consultants. Minimum 3 years progressive supervisory management experience in full-service, 3 star or better hotels, or management experience in high volume, upscale full service (restaurant and bar service) F&B operations required . You'll be working with executives in this industry, so candidates without this experience will not be acknowledged. Knowledge of building profit and loss req'd, experience with employee mgmt/supervision and employee training development desired. 4 year hospitality or business degree desired. Comfort and proficiency working with Microsoft Office platform and personal laptop computer required. Position is a full time travel position, ability to work i ndependently, think independently required . Entry level travel will be 20-22 days per month, currently domestic and Western Hemisphere travel. Clean driving record and passport req'd. Comfort level with submitting expense reports desired.
