Position Overview livingHR consultants are trusted advisors, delivering strategic and hands-on HR support to our clients. This is a generalist role supporting the foundation behind a premier luxury community in Naples, FL, with a strong focus on the food & beverage and hospitality teams that shape the resident and member experience. Responsibilities Design and deliver client-facing HR solutions using a human-centered approach, improving the workplace experience. Own delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and profitability across the engagement. Drive client satisfaction and retention against KPIs (NPS, retention, referrals, account growth). Partner with the Principal to build client relationships and deliver strategic insights (eNPS, turnover, time to fill), identifying growth opportunities. Manage projects end to end — reporting, communication, billable tracking, and PM/CRM data — and contribute to QBRs and executive summaries. Align HR strategy with business objectives and collaborate with project teams to livingHR's delivery standards. People Operations & Core HR Optimize HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and compliance.
Implement core HR practices:
onboarding, employee relations, policy development. Advise on federal, state, and local employment law compliance. Hospitality & Food and Beverage Workforce Support Partner with F&B and hospitality leadership on staffing models, seasonal hiring, and service-culture training. Support recruitment and retention for culinary, front-of-house, and member-services teams. Align HR practices with the high-touch service standards expected across the community's dining and hospitality operations. Organizational Design & Workforce Planning Analyze org structure and capabilities against strategic goals. Design workforce plans addressing seasonal demand, skills gaps, succession, and growth. Facilitate workforce planning workshops with leadership. Role Requirements Core Competencies Generalist across livingHR's focus areas (tech, innovation, people analytics, compensation, design, operations, internal P+C, marketing, growth), with strong data storytelling skills. Client and project management — owns relationships, deadlines, and delivery end to end. Facilitation — leads workshops and stakeholder sessions with confidence. Innovation mindset — finds ways to scale work and improve processes. Experience & Qualifications 7-9 years in HR Manager or Generalist role. Client-facing or in-house HR background within luxury hospitality, resort, or private membership communities strongly preferred. HRIS/HR technology platform experience a plus. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or HR tech certification a plus. Work Style & Environment Comfortable operating in a high-touch, luxury-service environment, engaging with staff, members, and leadership. Self-motivated, organized, and an effective communicator in a fast-paced, service-driven role. Primarily onsite, with regular collaboration across F&B, hospitality, and community leadership teams; occasional physical activity (standing, walking, light lifting up to 10 lbs) supporting on-the-ground operations; reasonable accommodations available.
