We are looking for a dynamic leader who will help in overseeing the daily operations of Rock 'N Rev Ocoee. We are in search of someone who is passionate about great service, excellent food, and excited about building an exciting new brand. As an operations Manager your responsibilities would include:

• Recruiting, hiring and training all front of house restaurant staff, including servers and hosts.
• Ensure the company policy and Brand Equity Standards are followed.
• Ensures the highest quality of product reaches our guest and meets specifications.
• Ensures a high standard of service efficiency, sanitation and training.
• Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage, and labor costs.
• Assists with the development of initiatives to build sales, profitability, and guest retention.
• Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
• Complete all tasks assigned by the General Manager on time.
• Provide leadership and direction to all team members to ensure efficient operation.
• Train service staff on all new marketing programs, menu initiatives and how to upsell add-on menu items (drinks, appetizers, desserts, etc.) to increase check average & drive repeat business.
• Respond in a timely manner to sales needs of the business and react accordingly.
• Work with key management personnel (operations, culinary, marketing) to actively market the concept and drive target audiences into the restaurant -- includes menu collaboration, food/Bev value programs (happy hour, nightly specials, etc.

), live music and special events (beer tastings, art shows, trivia nights, etc.) Presence at key onsite & offsite events required to ensure Rock 'N Rev brand is represented appropriately & actively marketed to guests and attendees. ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Experience using Outlook, Excel and other Office Products Has a strong knowledge of point of sale systems, experience with Toast a plus. Ability to interact professionally with other departments and outside contacts. Ability to complete a heavy workload and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Has a calm demeanor and sets the tone for their employees to follow. Has an entrepreneurial mindset and takes ownership in the business operation. Takes ownership in their employees' development. Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities. Must have ability to accurately handle money, make change, process credit card transactions and have strong menu knowledge. Self-directed, diplomatic and excellent verbal & written communicator. Full-Time position
