Field Superintendent

We are looking for an individual with experience in new build residential construction supervision, as we are a residential shell company with a range of work from concrete, block, and framing. Providing leadership to on-site staff, sub-contractors, and other parties. Ensuring that safety policies are strictly adhered to. Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office. Reviewing project progress to ensure that deadlines are met Scheduling deliveries and subcontractors to job sites Salary based on experience

Requirements:

High School diploma or GED. Proven experience supervising field operations. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Sound knowledge of contract terms and pricing. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to keep a timely and precise schedule Ability to understand and read residential plans

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
