This pivotal role involves driving operational excellence, managing profit and loss, and fostering a high-performance team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will shape strategic initiatives, streamline processes, and ensure sustainable business growth in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise will empower us to maintain industry leadership while continuously improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies aligned with company goals, focusing on growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring adherence to safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing management team through effective communication, coaching, and performance management. Manage profit & loss statements by analyzing financial data in Excel, identifying areas for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and process improvements. Drive project management initiatives to launch new services or expand existing offerings while maintaining operational excellence. Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize workflows, improve service delivery times, and enhance customer experience. Foster a culture of continuous improvement through lean management principles and process optimization strategies. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans for expansion. Lead strategic planning efforts by analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and operational metrics to inform executive decisions. Ensure effective managerial communication across teams to promote transparency, accountability, and alignment with company objectives. Experience Proven management experience in operations leadership within the pest control industry or related service sectors. Extensive experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial management and data analysis using Excel. Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading process improvement initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead large teams through effective team development and leadership practices. Expertise in business management principles including strategic planning, sales growth strategies, and operational management. Supervising experience with a focus on team development, performance coaching, and fostering a positive work environment. Excellent managerial communication skills capable of engaging executive-level teams as well as frontline staff. Knowledge of lean management techniques to streamline operations and eliminate wasteful practices. Ability to analyze operational data for informed decision making that drives profitability and customer satisfaction.
