We operate both online and on-site at major volleyball tournaments across the country. Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, organized, and creative Content & Operations Coordinator to support both our warehouse operations and marketing initiatives. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys wearing multiple hats, is comfortable on camera, and is excited to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Warehouse Support Help maintain an organized, efficient warehouse and inventory system Assist with inventory management, tracking, and restocking Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and operational Pick, pack, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently as needed Tournament & Event Support Assist with on-site setup, sales, and breakdown at volleyball tournaments Provide exceptional customer service while representing the VidaVibe brand Assist with merchandise displays, inventory management, and creating a positive customer experience during events Marketing & Content Creation Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and live selling events Turn creative marketing ideas into content that educates, entertains, and builds trust with our audience Feel comfortable appearing on camera and representing the VidaVibe brand, including during live selling events Help maintain and grow our online presence across social media platforms Marketing Operations & Administrative Support Support the marketing team with daily administrative and operational tasks Assist in creating and organizing marketing materials Help ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels Support the continued growth and execution of our subscription box program Qualifications Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation Comfortable being on camera and creating engaging content Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning new software and technology Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Encouraged) Volleyball playing, coaching, or club experience Experience creating TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video content Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools Interest in sports, apparel, or lifestyle brands Basic understanding of e-commerce, Shopify, or retail operations What We're Looking For A self-starter who takes initiative without needing constant direction Someone who is creative, reliable, adaptable, and eager to grow with the brand A team player who can balance operational responsibilities with creative projects Someone excited to contribute ideas and make an impact in a growing company

Compensation Starting Salary:
