You will be the site leader for an aircraft Final Assembly Line, accountable for aircraft delivered on time, at quality, and at cost. You will hire and build your own leadership team, travel internationally to learn the formula, and then translate those standards into a US operation with a US workforce. You will lead the ramp from first aircraft through a 30 aircraft annual run rate, and as the site matures you will take on additional programs and scope. You will lead, optimize, and coordinate production resources to ensure on time delivery of aircraft that meet or exceed customer expectations, implement the manufacturing strategy, and own the organization of the production unit. You will work across Maintenance, Equipment, Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering in a matrixed environment to resolve manufacturing issues and improve processes, and you will deploy the Quality, Industrialization, Procurement, and Supply Chain strategies defined by Group leadership. On the people side, you will lead and motivate teams within a rigorous delegation framework, communicate expectations clearly and hold people accountable, align your teams to Group and site objectives, and develop their skills as the operation grows.
