Updated 08/28/2026 Job Description Job Summary Join our Operations & Delivery team as a Port Delivery Agent in Sydney, where you will ensure the seamless delivery of cruise operations across shore excursions, transfers, land programs and turnaround services, maintaining high service standards on-site. Act as a key liaison between cruise lines, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate requirements and ensure smooth execution. Oversee bookings, documentation and real-time issue resolution during operations. Support financial accuracy through cost control, invoicing validation and system updates. Coordinate staffing and scheduling in line with operational needs. Uphold service quality, Health & Safety and cruise line standards through consistent supervision and training. This is a locally employed position. You must have the right to work in Australia and live close to the port in Sydney before applying. The closing date for applications is the 4th of September 2026.

ABOUT THE JOB
Support the delivery of operations, including shore excursions, transfers, land programs, hotels and turnaround services. This includes being physically present at different locations on operational days to deliver excellent customer and cruise line service, including early starts and weekend work. Liaise with cruise line representatives, shipboard teams and internal stakeholders to confirm operational requirements. Coordinate bookings and confirmations with transport providers, guides and other operational suppliers. Assist with on-site port operations and support the handling of operational issues during live delivery. Prepare and maintain operational documentation, inventory management, ensuring accurate and timely system updates. Support call accounting, cost control activities and supplier invoice validation to ensure smooth financial processing. Coordinate operational staff, guides and drivers in line with schedules and operational plans. Follow service quality standards, Health & Safety procedures and Intercruises brand guidelines. Recruitment and scheduling casual pier, hotel and airport staff for our turnaround operations. Enforce cruise line training and policies to local teams to ensure cruise line compliance and standards are met.
ABOUT YOU
Strong planning and organizational capability in a dynamic operational environment. High attention to detail and accuracy across operational and administrative activities. Clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach. Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing operational requirements Confident user of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word). Fluent in English; additional languages advantageous. Experience in operations, logistics, cruise, port or tourism environments desirable. Driver's license & own car is required.
