+ Design West Palm Beach, FL GSD Home Staging is a fast-growing home staging and interior design company known for beautifully curated spaces, exceptional design, and seamless client experiences. We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Director of Operations

+ Design who thrives at the intersection of creativity, leadership, and operations. Working closely with the Owner

+ Creative Director , you will play a key role in ensuring every project is executed on time, on budget, and on brand. You will lead our Project Managers and Design Associates while overseeing warehouse, inventory, purchasing, and project operations. What You'll Do Lead and oversee Project Managers to ensure staging and design projects are executed on schedule and to company standards. Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, purchasing, and organization in partnership with the Warehouse Manager. Support installations, styling days, and on-site projects as needed. Assist with furniture selections, accessory curation, and overall design preparation. Prepare and review client proposals, project details, timelines, budgets, and pricing. Support interior design projects from initial sourcing through procurement, installation, and vendor coordination. Meet with clients in person and effectively communicate project expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Manage and mentor team members, establish goals, provide accountability, and foster a collaborative and positive company culture. Maintain accurate project tracking systems, pipelines, schedules, and performance metrics. Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, efficiency, and overall client experience. Collaborate closely with the Owner

+ Creative Director to maintain GSD's design aesthetic, quality, and brand standards across all projects. What We're Looking For A genuine appreciation for interior design, aesthetics, and creating beautiful, elevated spaces. Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills. Experience managing and motivating a team. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and confidence making decisions and solving problems. Comfortable working across an office, warehouse, and on-site environments. Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships and manage expectations professionally. A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail. Background in home staging, interior design, operations, project management, or a related field preferred. Ability to thrive in a growing company where flexibility, initiative, and teamwork are essential.
