Job Description We are seeking an HVAC Operations Manager for one of our branches to act as a coach and facilitator for our team. This leadership role is designed for a technical professional who will work closely with our HVAC management to ensure seamless branch performance. Because this position oversees specialized trades operations, it requires deep industry familiarity. You will lead the "East team" to ensure everyone is on board with our operational and sales goals. Starting at $100,000 per year. •

HVAC Industry Expertise:

Must have significant familiarity with HVAC operations. •

Leadership Experience:

5+ years leading a trade-based operations team •

Management Background:

Prior experience specifically as an HVAC Operations Manager / Service Manager is preferred. •

Coaching Mindset:

Proven ability to mentor staff and "get everybody on board" with company goals. •

Compliance:

Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screen. •

Education:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred Responsibilities Working in direct partnership with the HVAC General Manager, your duties include: •

Team Coaching:

Act as a coach to facilitate team success and ensure all technical departments (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) are aligned. •

Operational Oversight:

Supervise day-to-day branch workflows to maintain the "straight and narrow" in service quality. •

Performance Leadership:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to set and meet sales and productivity goals. •

Talent Development:

Identify training needs and hire qualified technical candidates to meet capacity forecasts. •

Inventory Control:

Manage warehouse processes and inventory to support field business needs. •

Field Engagement:

Conduct regular field visits to monitor customer experience and technical performance. Job Type, Location, and Shift Details •
