The Sr. Manager, Strategic Account Performance provides analytical and strategic support to the sales organization. This role analyzes sales performance, identifies trends, and delivers insights that optimize sales effectiveness and business results. Responsibilities include supporting customer account plans, monitoring brand performance, identifying growth opportunities, and leading a team of up to five regional direct reports. Your Day-to-Day
- Analyze sales data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Evaluate promotions and campaigns, identifying opportunities to improve performance and consumer engagement.
- Partner with Account Managers to identify client needs and business growth opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and promotional programs to support account strategies.
- Lead planning and optimization of promotional initiatives, loyalty programs, and joint business partnerships.
- Monitor pricing and promotional performance to maximize ROI.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement through data-driven decision making.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture. Who We're Looking For
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and influence stakeholders across all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
Annual Base Salary Range:
