- We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Bilingual Business Operations Manager (Korean/English) to lead and optimize our wholesale operations.
- Duties
Bilingual Communication:
Serve as a primary liaison for Korean-speaking stakeholders, vendors, and staff, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels.
System Management:
Oversee and optimize ERP and POS systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking and streamlined wholesale workflows.Strategic Operations:
Develop and implement plans to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability.Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to achieve high performance and engagement.Financial Oversight:
Manage profit & loss (P&L) statements, analyze financial data, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.Business Development:
Drive growth efforts by identifying new markets, partnerships, and sales opportunities within the wholesale sector.KPI Monitoring:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare reports for executive leadership, and recommend actionable insights for continuous improvement.- Skills & Qualifications
Language Proficiency:
Native or professional fluency in both Korean and English (Required).
Technical Expertise:
Proven experience managing ERP and POS systems and implementing digital process improvements.Management Experience:
3-5+ years of leadership experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively.Strategic Planning:
Strong ability to translate business vision into actionable operational plans.Financial Acumen:
Expertise in P&L management, financial analysis, and budget oversight.Wholesale Knowledge:
Prior experience in wholesale distribution or supply chain management is highly preferred.Leadership:
