We cater logistics strategies and processes to our customers' needs by utilizing the latest information systems and advanced technologies. Summary The ESS Operations Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing LGES ESS and Enclosure operational administration, including financial transaction management and month-end closing activities, coordinating customer and carrier account administration, and ensuring contract processing and compliance requirements are completed accurately and timely. The role supports operational continuity through account monitoring, aging management, and cross-functional coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Success in this role requires strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, operational administration, contract management, data accuracy, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities Oversee all administrative and operational support activities for LGES ESS and Enclosure operations to ensure efficient and compliant business execution. Manage monthly AR/AP closing activities, including reconciliation, verification, and coordination with finance stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely processing, issue resolution, and adherence to company policies. Administer AR/AP aging reports and drive collection, follow-up, and resolution activities to maintain healthy account status and minimize outstanding balances. Review and maintain customer account records, ensuring data accuracy, proper system setup, and compliance with organizational requirements. Coordinate carrier code registration activities and ensure all required documentation and system entries are completed accurately and on schedule. Manage customer code registration processes, supporting business operations through timely account establishment and maintenance. Prepare, submit, track, and maintain operational contracts and supporting documentation in accordance with company procedures and customer requirements. Monitor account activity and business transactions to identify discrepancies, operational risks, or process issues and implement corrective actions. Coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, finance teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve operational and administrative issues. Develop and maintain operational records, reports, and documentation supporting financial, customer, and contract management activities. Supervise daily workflow and administrative activities within the assigned function, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within established timelines. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and administrative controls. Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and management requests by providing required documentation and operational data. Provide training and guidance on operational procedures, account administration processes, and documentation requirements.
