As the cornerstone of our operational success, you will coordinate cleaning activities, supervise staff, and uphold compliance with safety regulations while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. English and Korean bilingual is essential. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all cleaning, custodial, and sanitation activities across the site to ensure optimal cleanliness and hygiene standards. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of cleaning staff and custodians, providing clear guidance and support to achieve operational goals. Implement and monitor safety procedures in accordance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Oversee the management of commercial cleaning operations, including janitorial services, laundry services, and hospitality-related housekeeping tasks. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation protocols, safety regulations, and quality standards. Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and management to address issues promptly and improve service delivery. Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to optimize team productivity and efficiency. Experience Proven supervising experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services within commercial or hospitality settings. Strong background in team management with demonstrated leadership skills in managing diverse teams. Hands-on experience with cleaning & sanitation management, including implementing safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with janitorial practices such as laundry services, housekeeper management, and general facility maintenance. Excellent managerial communication skills to effectively coordinate staff activities and liaise with clients. Previous experience in customer service roles within hospitality or related industries is highly desirable. Knowledge of safety regulations applicable to industrial cleaning environments is essential for success in this role.
